Refund and Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exempt Goods
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (Food, Snacks).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Health and personal care items.
- Sale items (Only regular priced items are refundable).
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@momsbond.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
